The Modern .NET Show

What's This?

So what exactly is this site all about?

Ever since I started writing about .NET Core, I’ve wanted there to be a podcast about the nacent platform. That’s why I started this website: to be the producer and host of the .NET Core podcast.

Sure, there have been podcasts which feature stories and entire episodes on .NET Core; but this podcast will be devoted specifically to .NET Core, ASP NET Core, EF Core, SignalR, and .NET Standard. As well as any other related technologies (things like Blazor and Azure), and even some of the techniques that you might use in your day-to-day .NET Core development live.

It will feature monologues and stories from me, about the platform and technology, and it will also include interviews with developers who are using .NET Core in their day-to-day work.

I’m also going to be reaching out to members of the .NET Core community, and even some of the key folks who are working on the technology behind it, to get their thoughts on this wonderful platform.

I’ll be launching the podcast very shortly. I’m aiming for an August release, but that’s entirely subject to change of course. So stay tuned and keep an eye open for the episodes.

If you need some .NET Core stuff to keep you entertained in the mean time, I have a large number of articles on my afforementioned .NET Core blog, I have a YouTube channel, and you can connect with me on twitter.
